Delivery and shipping information for UK and Internationally

Delivery dispatch times

Orders are dispatched the day after payment has been confirmed. Dispatch times for of ‘special order items’ will be confirmed via e-mail.

Shipping within mainland Britain

Below £3.00 for shipping 

If an item costs less than £3.00 to post using Royal Mail, it will be dispatched 1st Class, untracked. They say they aim to deliver letters and parcels to their destinations the next working day – including Saturdays. 

Above £3.00 for shipping

For all other items I use ‘My Hermes’ for delivery in the UK. Please allow 3-5 days for receipt of goods. Unfortunately I’m unable to provide a timed delivery service. However if you have specific delivery instructions or want the parcel delivered to an alternative address please add the information in the ‘delivery information’ box on the ‘basket’ page.

What about the Highlands and Islands?

Packages might take a little longer to reach you, depending on frequency of postal delivery on certain routes and the weather!

If you need guaranteed next day delivery

If your chosen item is in stock and you order before 12 noon, please select the relevant drop down and I will move heaven and earth to ensure it gets in the post on time.

International shipping

I am delighted to ship internationally. I use the Royal Mail International price guide based on size and weight. If you want you can e-mail me prior to placing your order with details of your order and location and I can provide you with a more exact cost for for shipping.

What happens if I haven’t received my order?

All orders are dispatched on a 3-5 day delivery schedule (either by Royal Mail or My Hermes). If after 7 days your item has not arrived please follow the steps below;

  1. E-mail me with your name, order number and delivery address.
  2. I will then track the order and up-date you with the status of the order
  3. In the event of the package not making it to your door within 10 days I will either dispatch a replacement item or arrange a refund.
  4. If after a replacement item or refund has been received and the original item arrives, please e-mail me to let me know and I will arrange for it to be returned to Tiny Bird Textiles.
